On Site Laboratory

Our on-site laboratory testing and screening services not only minimize wait times for results, but also decrease the cost related to visiting different locations for lab work. We offer this service conveniently in our office.

EKG

Our on-site EKG service can provide routine testing to determine within minutes the status of your heart rhythm. This test ensures there are no electrical abnormalities in your heart.

COVID 19 Testing

We recommend a full office examination along with any COVID-19 test. We offer Rapid options such as Antigen 15-Minute test and a COVID-19 + Flu Rapid Test (Nasal Swab)  with COVID & Flu results in approximately 20-minutes provided by the end of the clinic visit. We can also do COVID-19 LAB TEST results in approximately 48-72 hours.

We offer Patient Portal services through Amazing Charts. With Patient Portal, you can connect with your health information through a convenient, safe and secure environment.

Self-Pay Options

We work  to create a convenient, transparent, and affordable health care to our Self- Pay patients . The Simple Self-Pay Program allows patients to pay an upfront office visit fee that includes all in-house testing and procedures for urgent and primary care needs.

Our team can treat most wounds  We will Examine and measure your wound, Check the blood flow in the area around the wound, determine why it’s not healing and create a treatment plan tailored to your scenario.

Reasons to go to theEmergency Room

01. Shortness of breath

02. Chest pain, left arm pain or left jaw pain

03. Serious burns and cuts (cuts that won't stop bleeding or wounds that won't close)

04. Seizures

05. Server allergic reaction (swelling lips, difficulty swallowing or breathing)

06. Stroke symptoms, including slurred speech or sudden numbness/weakness in any area of your body, facial droop, loss of balance or vision

07. A change in mental status (such as confusion)

08. Loss of consciousness (if you pass out)

09. Injuries or a possible broken bone in areas like the ribs, skull, face, or pelvis

10. Have been in a motor vehicle accident

11. If you’re pregnant and have vaginal bleeding or pelvic/abdominal pain

Medication Information
